1. Customers must ensure that they have ordered the correct goods. If in doubt please phone Imperial Colours Ltd on 0113 328 1228. The goods must be in the original unopened packaging and any seals must not have been broken or damaged. Imperial Colours Ltd are not responsible for the cost of returning such goods to them.
    2. If goods are returned due to an error by Imperial Colours Ltd, or if goods are deffective, we will reimburse the postage costs upon receipt of the goods.
    3. The customer must examine the goods on receipt and report any damages, incorrectly sent goods or shortfalls within 7 working days.
    4. If any goods are found to be faulty when used, customers should inform Imperial Colours Ltd as soon as possible.
    5. Accidental damage, misuse or neglect will not be acceptable as reasons for return.
    6. Manufacturers may change packaging and goods supplied might not appear identical to those shown on the website. The pictures on the website are for illustration purposes only and goods cannot be returned because they do not look identical to the illustrations shown.
    7. Goods that are accepted for return will be refunded in full within 5 days on reciept of goods. Alternative goods can be purchased and the refund will be deducted from the cost of these goods.
