The BSE cattle culling initiative includes a process performed by abattoirs which ensures the waste carcass is stained with a blue dye. This means there is no risk of entry of contaminated meat into the food chain. The recommended strength of the solution applied should be 0.5%

LIQUID CONCENTRATE - Packed in 5 litre containers, 4 in a box, 20 Litres total.

• One 5 Litre container mixes with water to make 200 Litres of solution. One box of 4 x 5L makes 800 Litres.
